THE WILDHEARTS (FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIAL GUEST) are the kind of band that fans and media dream of: creatively brilliant, completely out-of-control and yielding a wealth of inspired hard rock led by the charismatic showman Ginger. With a career spanning nearly 30 years The Wildhearts helped change the landscape of Brit rock through the 90’s, and to this day they haven’t shown any sign of slowing down. Ramblin’ Man Fair is thrilled to the brit rock legends as special guests on the Friday night. LIVING COLOUR (MAIN STAGE) –The impact Living Colour had when they burst on the scene in 1988 with critically acclaimed album ‘Vivid was huge. Playing hard rock music with a biting metal undertone that was held up at the bottom by a rhythm section that dropped funk-inspired beats, the band sounded like nothing else. They have a singer who can swing to operatic heights. And they are anchored by a guitarist who was the most inventive and exciting instrumentalist to come along in a decade. Now coming into their fourth decade, Living Colour are held up amongst the greats. With a back catalogue full of treasures that include tracks such as ‘Love Rears It’s Ugly Head’, ‘Elvis Is Dead, ‘Memories Can’t Wait’ and the global smash hit ‘Cult of Personality’, Living Colour are a must see at the 2019 Ramblin Man Fair. 2019 Line Up so far……..
