Blues-rock titan Joe Bonamassa and rock legend Sammy Hagar have teamed up for an electrifying new single, "Fortune Teller Blues,” out now on all major streaming platforms. This powerhouse collaboration blends Bonamassa’s searing guitar work with Hagar’s unmistakable vocals, delivering a high voltage track steeped in grit and mystery.

A blues-drenched tale of fate and deception, "Fortune Teller Blues" unfolds like a smoky backroom confession. The song’s lyrics chronicle an eerie encounter with a cryptic fortune teller who refuses to reveal the whole truth, leaving the narrator to wrestle with what’s better left unknown. The track's simmering tension is amplified by a driving beat and deep, brooding riffs that channel both Bonamassa’s mastery of blues guitar and Hagar’s rock-and-roll swagger.

Co-written by Bonamassa, Hagar, and longtime producer Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden, Journey, Black Crowes), the track is steeped in classic blues traditions yet injected with a fierce, modern energy. Bonamassa’s scorching solos and Hagar’s impassioned delivery elevate the song into a tour de force.

Shirley reflected on the song’s origin, saying, “Sammy sent us this very rough idea of a blues song while Joe and I were in a studio in Greece, and we crafted a raw, edgy blues version to go with it. At times, it carries a haunting energy, and at others, it evokes the spirit of the New Orleans French Quarter. Joe was in a particularly gritty mood and played the entire track on an Ovation acoustic guitar plugged into an overdriven amplifier, producing a chaotic, heavy, and almost eerie sound. We wanted to create a different kind of blues feel to complement the lyrics, and we’re all thrilled with how it turned out.”

Hagar added, "Holy shit, the thing came out good... the track is a monster!"

Tim Buckley and Larry Beckett's legendary Song To The Siren is a powerful ballad that means many things to many people.

The ancient image of the Siren has enchanted seafaring history for centuries. Inspired by Homer's Odyssey - the song tells the story of the Sirens who lure unwitting sailors to their deaths on the rocks.

Song To The Siren is a song of love, hope and loss.

In search of an authentic rendition, Suzy reinstated the original lyrics “I am puzzled as the oyster.”

After all, who hasn’t met an oyster that wasn’t puzzled?

Song To The Siren is now available on all streaming platforms!

Hard-grunge rockers Stone Angels release their epic and sweeping new single ‘Halfway To Nowhere’ from their highly acclaimed new album ‘Up In Smoke’ which is available now on CD and vinyl direct from the band. On the song the band muses “It’s all about breaking free of the stresses and shackles of city life and changing them for the thrill of the adventures into the great unknown. It’s largely inspired by the simultaneously beautiful and tragic story of Christopher McCandless’ adventure and thoughts which are immortalised in the book by Jon Krakauer and film ‘Into The Wild’.” The accompanying video shows life on the road with the band and footage from their wall-shaking set at Monsterfest 2024.

With the new album armed to the teeth with a flurry of sledgehammer riffs, colossal choruses and unabashed wailing solos, and in a departure from the norm, the collection of 9 hard-hitting songs will be released digitally track-by-track. Buying the album direct from the band is the way to hear the album in its entirety as intended with Classic Rock magazine calling it “bone crunching, heavy rock goodness” and featured previous single ‘Ghost Of New York’ as one of their Tracks of The Week along with Powerplay Magazine being “really impressed by this album, 8/10.”

On the decision to release the album in physical form only for now, they explain, “In order for an artist to really have a chance to grow on streaming platforms they need to have a steady flow of new music to drip feed over several months to help maintain and grow audience engagement. On any given day around 120,000 songs are uploaded to Spotify, so within a month over 3 million songs have been released which means your music can become “old” in an instant.”

Swooping in from the vibrant cornucopia of the ever-expanding music scene in Brighton UK, the soaring 4 piece of Niall Kersey (vocals), James Innes (guitar), Sam Sayers (bass) and Loz Ford (drums) worked with multi-platinum award-winning producer Mike Krompass (Steven Tyler, Everybody Loves An Outlaw, Smash Mouth), recording at his state-of-the-art studio Base Culture with mastering duties expertly handled by the legendary Tim Turan (Black Sabbath, Guns N’ Roses, Pearl Jam).

Having shared stages with Kris Barras Band, Skindred, Hot Milk and Ricky Warwick the band pull inspiration from classic LA rock, Seattle's iconic grunge and historic UK rock scenes and have been likened to such household names as Queens of The Stone Age and Soundgarden. 2024 saw them play festivals in Station 18 Swansea, Pride Rock Festival in their hometown and the final Monsterfest to rave reviews, with exciting appearances to be announced for 2025 a flightful future is upon Stone Angels.
